Data and Admissions Officer

Europa School UK is seeking an experienced Data and Admissions Officer to join its small administrative team.

Europa School UK is a multilingual all-through free school for students aged 4 to 19, specialising in languages and offering the International Baccalaureate Middle Years and Diploma Programmes. This key role involves working with the Senior Leadership Team and Data Manager to coordinate the admissions process, maintain pupil records on the Management Information System (MIS), and ensure statutory compliance.

Main Responsibilities

• Admissions and Induction: Organising open evenings, parental tours, and taster days; managing the OCC waiting list, managing enquiries, and coordinating student induction and safeguarding documentation.
• Data Management and Quality Assurance: Maintaining data integrity within school systems (Bromcom and ManageBac); managing pupil premium and free school meal tracking; ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Systems Administration and IT Support: Managing system administration for Google Workspace, integrating school software platforms, and providing technical support to staff.
• Academic Data and Reporting: Handling timetabling transfers, coordinating the distribution of parental reports, and managing statutory census returns.

Candidate Requirements

Language skills in any of Europa School's stream languages would be a plus.

Contract type: Full-time (30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days), term time plus 4 weeks (3 weeks in the summer), 0.89 of FTE
