Graduate Cover Supervisor – North Birmingham Secondary Schools

Location: North Birmingham
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time or Part-time | Agency / Supply Work

We are recruiting enthusiastic graduates to work as Cover Supervisors across secondary schools in North Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, particularly if you are considering a future career in teaching or education.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise secondary school classes during teacher absences
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and keep students on task
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Gain experience working with different year groups and subjects
• Work across a variety of secondary schools throughout North Birmingham

What We’re Looking For

To meet the criteria for this opportunity, you must:

• Have graduated within the last 3 years
• Be able to provide a performance-based reference from your university
• Be confident communicating with and managing groups of secondary-aged pupils
• Be professional, reliable and enthusiastic
• Have an interest in education or working with young people

As this is agency-based work, you can gain experience across a range of different secondary schools in North Birmingham.

We can offer:

Full-time or part-time opportunities
