You'll gain hands-on, paid experience managing classrooms, supporting students, and experiencing secondary school life from the front of the room-all while working school hours with no evening marking or lesson planning!

Responsibilities

• Classroom Management: Supervising classes across various subjects during the short-term absence of regular teachers.
• Delivering Work: Ensuring students complete work set by subject teachers in a productive, safe environment.
• Supporting Students: Answering questions, keeping pupils focused, and managing behaviour in line with school policies.
• School Community: Assisting with registration, break duties, and supporting general school activities where required.

Qualifications
