A well-established and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Residential Property team. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing expert legal advice and delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity, new build purchases, and shared ownership transactions.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party solicitors.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting legal documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and lender panel obligations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records.
- Delivering excellent client care and contributing to the continued success of the team.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions.
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- Able to manage a busy caseload effectively.
