Our Pathways programmes are designed to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and additional learning needs to develop the skills, confidence and independence required for adulthood, employment, further education and community participation. As a Bank Lecturer, you will be part of a pool of staff who can be called upon to provide both short-term and longer-term teaching cover, as well as support the expansion of provision and new opportunities that arise throughout the academic year. What You'll Do You will deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences that help learners develop: * Independence and life skills * Communication and social interaction skills * Employability and workplace readiness * Personal confidence and resilience * Functional English and Maths skills where appropriate * Preparation for progression into employment, supported internships, further education or independent living You will work closely with Academic Support Coaches, curriculum teams, employers and external agencies to ensure learners achieve their individual goals and outcomes.
