About the role
Site Supervisor - Industrial Electrical Project
Location: Isle of Anglesey
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 5 Months
Start: Immediate
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a 5-month industrial electrical project based on the Isle of Anglesey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
Responsibilities
Supervise electrical operatives and subcontractors on site
Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures
Coordinate daily activities and manage site productivity
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
Liaise with site management, clients, and project teams
Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
Requirements
Previous experience supervising industrial electrical projects
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
ECS/CSCS card
Strong understanding of industrial electrical installations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proven ability to manage labour and subcontractors effectively
