Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Nottingham
Rate: £220 per day

Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer based in Nottingham looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of fire alarm and security systems across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive servicing of fire alarm and security systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults across addressable and conventional fire alarm panels.
* Test and inspect systems to ensure compliance with relevant British Standards and site requirements.
* Complete accurate service records and handover documentation following each visit.
* Liaise with clients on site to communicate findings and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 20 years' experience working as a Fire and Security Service Engineer.
* Proven experience working across a wide range of addressable and conventional fire alarm panels.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on fire alarm and intruder security systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS Card and DBS Check required.
* IPAF (desirable).
