Job Title: Data Apprentice

Are you passionate about data, technology, and problem-solving? Do you want to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a recognised qualification? DSLV E-ACT Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Data Apprentice to join our team and play a key role in supporting the effective use of data across the academy.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and business administration within a busy educational environment. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, gaining hands-on experience while learning how data can drive school improvement and support student success.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the production of reports, dashboards, and data analysis for academy leaders.
• Maintain student, staff, and operational records within academy systems.
• Help monitor data quality and identify discrepancies for correction.
• Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and academy policies
• Work collaboratively with academy staff to promote effective use of data across departments.

Pay range: Apprentice Rate 1: £13,574.91 - 37 hours a week, 39 weeks a year

FTE: £15,434.33 per annum - 37 hours a week, 52 weeks a year

Qualifications and Skills:

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to achieve these as part of the apprenticeship.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• A keen interest in data, technology, and analytics.
