About the role
The successful candidate would be expected to have a passion for learning and teaching, together with the skills to inspire and motivate our learners to achieve the very best they can and to lead the effective delivery of an outstanding Science curriculum alongside the Head of Science.
Wootton Academy Trust has a fantastic team of 16 Science teachers who are dedicated to supporting learners make great progress as well as working as a tightly knit team. Some of our team are new to the profession, others are more experienced teachers. All share the same vision namely to provide the very best teaching and learning opportunities to every young person in the school and college. There is a strong track record of success at both GCSE and A Level.
We welcome applications from middle leaders with a track record of leading a department, as well as those who have other leadership experience or experienced teachers ready for their next challenge.
