Hours: 37 hours per week, all-year round contract

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our school—where your expertise in finance, HR, and resource management will directly support student success, staff wellbeing, and long-term sustainability. Your Role:

• Oversee finance, HR, premises, and administration functions
• Manage budgets, support with forecasting, and assist with financial reporting working closely with the Headteacher and Trust CFO
• Lead on compliance, health & safety, and risk management
• Support the Headteacher and Governors with strategic planning
• Drive improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and value for money
