Production Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing business for production operatives to under take skilled work. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to start their careers in the manufacturing industry where you will learn valuable skills working with advanced materials to create high-quality products.
About the Production Operative Role:

• Assist in the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.
• Working with composite materials to create precise shapes.
• Learning to read and follow technical drawings.
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following detailed instructions and guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and report any issues to senior staff.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

About you:

• Experience in a production operative role is preferred, but training is provided
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of production and manufacturing would be beneficial.

Must be able to drive or live locally for this role. This role is commutable from Scarborough, Pickering, Thirsk, and Malton
