Teaching Assistant - Early Years

This is a fixed-term position until 31st August 2027, as the school continues to develop and grow its nursery provision.

Term-Time + 2 Training Days. Part Time 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a calm, consistent and compassionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help give our youngest children the very best start in life. Working within our Early Years provision, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing during these vital early years, helping them build the confidence, curiosity and skills that form the foundation for future success.

Working alongside teachers and support staff, you will help create a nurturing, engaging and stimulating environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to learn through play and exploration. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children, builds positive relationships with families and colleagues, and is committed to helping every child thrive.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and dedicated team, with the potential for additional hours through our wraparound care provision, supporting children both before and after the school day through a range of fun, enriching and age-appropriate activities.
