About the role
*Temporary Position*
Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Executive
Job Location: Holmes Chapel
Start: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6 months
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
Days of Work: Shift work pattern Monday to Sunday, hours confirmed on a 3 week in advance planned rota
Work Format: Fully office based
Hourly Rate: £13.20ph
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails
- Providing customers with information and guidance on products and services
- Updating confidential customer records
- Processing payments and setting up payment plans
- Scheduling site based appointments and meetings
Experience:
- Previous experience within an office based customer service role
- Excellent telephone manor and clear communication skills
- A friendly and approachable nature
- Strong attention to detail and competent IT abilities
