About the role
Temporary Caretaker required to maintain the high standards of a residential estate in Belvedere. Duties will included walking around each of the buildings both internally and externally and identifying any issues, providing daily updates to the Property Director, releasing fob/remotes to tenants at the request of head office, minor repairs (change light bulb, screw in loose hinges etc.)…
