Based in Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join a fresh food bistro where local, seasonal produce is at the heart of the kitchen. Working Wednesday to Sunday across breakfast, lunch and dinner, you’ll be part of a supportive team with genuine opportunities to progress.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of the kitchen team, you will:

• Support the kitchen across breakfast, lunch and dinner service
• Help create fresh, local and seasonal dishes
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Work closely with the wider team during busy services
• Contribute ideas and develop your skills across the kitchen

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Comfortable working at pace while maintaining quality
