We're recruiting for a Branch Manager / Valuer to join a highly respected independent estate agency in Norwich, specialising in mid to high-end residential property.

This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a strong commercial mindset, looking to take ownership of branch performance, win new business, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As a Branch Manager / Valuer, you will:

• Take a senior, hands-on role in the management and growth of the branch
• Carry out market appraisals and secure new property instructions
• Drive new business and increase market share across the local area
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, applicants, and local clients
• Manage and develop the branch sales pipeline
• Lead by example, supporting, mentoring, and developing the wider team
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue through business development and referrals
• Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion
• Develop strong relationships with local businesses and professional contacts
• Contribute to the overall profitability and strategic growth of the branch
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing a premium property brand

Branch Manager / Valuer Requirements:

• Proven experience within residential estate agency, ideally at Branch Manager or Senior Valuer level
• Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Experience valuing and marketing residential property
• Excellent knowledge of the Norfolk property market
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Commercially focused with an entrepreneurial approach
• Ability to develop a branch and grow its local market presence
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Professional and polished presentation
• Strong focus on customer service and business development
• Full UK driving licence
