Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Larkmead School are looking for innovative higher level teaching assistant to join our Inclusion team. You must be passionate about supporting the achievement and the best outcomes for all students, especially those with SEND. This position is to work Monday-Wednesday 08:30-15:30 with a 30 minute unpaid break.

You will work with the SENDCO and Deputy SENDCO to provide a nurturing and structured learning environment. You will also build strong relationships with the families of students, sharing information about their progress and wellbeing. The role will require you to work collaboratively with teaching staff and within the inclusion team, to plan and prepare resources and interventions for identified students. You will support the school in raising the standards of learning for students and lead on the assessment, planning, delivery and impact measurement of appropriate interventions.
