Children's Residential Support Worker
Full Time & Part Time Roles Available
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £28,598 - £31,537 (pro rata for part-time roles), Equivalent to £14.82- £16.34 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Benefits
- £43.12 per sleep-in shift
- Overtime paid at time and a quarter

The Role
We're recruiting Children's Residential Support Workers to join our Good and Outstanding-rated children's homes across Doncaster.
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll support children and young people in a safe, caring and therapeutic environment, helping them build confidence, resilience and positive futures.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for supporting children and young people
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare
Shift Pattern
- Early: 7am to 3pm
- Late: 2pm to 10pm
- Sleep-in shifts available
- 2 weekends worked in every 4
