Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 circa + commission

Are you an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join a busy and people-focused HR team, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse range of roles. The Role

As Recruitment Advisor, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding. Working collaboratively with managers and stakeholders, you will ensure recruitment is efficient, effective and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, job specifications and selection criteria.
• Source and attract talent through LinkedIn, job boards, direct sourcing and talent pipelines.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, including temporary talent pools to support peak hiring periods.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
• Attend local careers events and job fairs to promote opportunities and attract talent.
• Support employer branding initiatives through engaging recruitment campaigns and content creation.
• Train and advise managers on best-practice interviewing, assessment techniques and inclusive hiring.
• Manage pre-employment screening, including references, right-to-work checks and DBS checks where required.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You

You will be an organised, proactive recruiter who enjoys building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition or in-house recruitment role.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards and direct recruitment channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates effectively.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance, employment law and pre-employment checks.
• A solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
