HR Administrator

HR Administrator – North Liverpool |Temporary | 36 Hours per week | upto £14.50 Per hour – L22

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small friendly, outgoing and supportive team as a HR Administrator.

Due to changes within the team, our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team initially for 1 month.

Duties include:

• Provide administrative support to the School and Trust.
• Liaise with other staff members and external agencies.
• Produce contract documentation and oversee pre-employment checks, including DBS clearances and medical checks.
• Ensure all staff details are up to date, accurate and compliant.
• Maintain accurate records of staff absence and holiday requests.
• Organise meetings and take minutes.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

Essential Requirements:

• HR Administration / General HR experience
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
