This role would suit an individual, who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role, and has a solid foundation of hardware and software knowledge, as well as end-to-end project and stakeholder management experience. The successful candidate will be part of a talented and highly motivated team and will be tasked with capturing detailed customer requirements to provide the best product outcomes, while maintaining stakeholder communication and managing tight deadlines and budgets. Some travel in the UK and Europe will be required for this role. The Role: End to End project management of IT delivery (software/hardware) projects using recognised industry tools and methodologies. * Design, develop and maintain support processes to achieve service level agreements, include testing, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support. * Collaborate with technical teams to understand service impacts, dependencies and risks, ensuring customer requirements, SLAs and service performance expectations are appropriately aligned and support our Service Delivery Engineers * Ensure all service agreements accurately reflect business requirements, contractual obligations, and operation capabilities. * Monitor service performance via internal statistics analysis against agreed SLAs, proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. * Support regular service review meetings with customers, presenting performance metrics, service reports, and improvement plans. * Contribute to service initiatives using ITIL best practices to enhance service quality. * Coordinate major incident communication and oversee service recovery activities. * Support contract renewals and commercial discussions. * Coordinate and provide appropriate communication on all levels with internal and external stakeholders to ensure full understanding of project stages and requirements leading to successful project outcomes. * Keep up to date with new approaches within the market to highlight future opportunities and refinements to current offerings. * Continuously grow and focus on personal development. The Ideal Candidate: * 4+ years of relevant IT Managed Services or IT Service Delivery experience * Project Management qualification (Agile, Prince etc) and/or experience of project delivery tools and methodologies * Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills * Knowledge of hardware/software IT solutions and good understanding of Microsoft Windows and back-end software * Knowledge of manufacturing industry experience and/or process * Demonstrate experience in creating, negotiating, and maintaining SLAs. * Show understanding of ITIL service management principles * Experience managing service reviews, customer governance meetings, and continual service improvement programmes. * Knowledge of supplier management processes. * Commercial awareness with an understanding of service costing. * Excellent communication skills whilst dealing with a wide variety of people, including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and management. * Experience working within a technology, IT services, hardware or software or technical support environment * Evidence of experience in present/past projects and achievements * A high degree of judgment and problem-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail, accurate technical report-writing, and presentation skills * Self-motivated, a ‘can-do’ attitude, and determination to succeed INDP1 How to Apply: Email Address: adele @ candourtalent. co. uk We thank you for considering Candour Talent Recruitment for your career aspirations and encourage you to continue exploring opportunities with us in the future.
