As a Technical Sales Manager, you will help shape bespoke customer solutions, drive profitable order intake, and earn recognition for turning complex requirements into practical, saleable outcomes.

What You Will Do:

? Act as a product specialist for material handling solutions, with a strong focus on bespoke below-the-hook attachments.

? Deliver order intake targets to meet business budget requirements and performance goals.

? Prepare, price, and issue accurate quotations, maintaining pricing integrity and minimum gross margin expectations.

? Build and maintain client accounts, while also developing new opportunities across the UK.

? Conduct site visits, surveys, and detailed client discussions to understand needs and scope requirements.

? Support tender review, contract negotiations, and liaison with internal teams to ensure commercial and contractual alignment.

What You Will Bring:

? An HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent knowledge and relevant industry experience).

? Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak with customers, engineers, and stakeholders on a daily basis.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CAD experience for proposal drawings being a desirable advantage.

? A motivated, organised approach, able to prioritise workload and thrive under pressure.

? A valid UK driving licence, to support frequent travel for client meetings and site assessments.
