Catering Assistant – £14.24 per hour | Immediate Start | Ongoing Work

Looking for ongoing work with regular weekday hours? We’re looking for a Catering Assistant in Chester, offering an immediate start, weekly pay and consistent Monday to Thursday shifts.

You’ll support the day-to-day running of a catering facility, carrying out a mixture of front of house and kitchen duties. You’ll also receive training to prepare a basic breakfast for approximately five people, making this a great opportunity for someone with catering experience or confidence working in a kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

As a Catering Assistant, you will:

• Prepare a basic breakfast for approximately five people following training
• Serve customers and support front of house duties
• Assist with general kitchen tasks and food preparation
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and tidy
• Carry out washing up and cleaning duties
• Help ensure the catering service runs smoothly each day

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous catering, hospitality or kitchen experience
• Is happy to learn basic breakfast preparation, with training provided
• Is confident carrying out a mix of front of house and kitchen duties
• Is reliable, organised and hardworking
• Can work Monday to Thursday, 06:30-14:30
• Is available to start as soon as possible
