We are looking for 3 experienced Contract Managers / Procurement Contract Managers to support the sourcing and management of IT & Telco services.

Essential Experience

• IT Procurement / Contract Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT contracts, including drafting and authoring terms.
• Proven negotiation experience with Tier 1 technology suppliers.
• Cyber Security and/or Telco experience highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Project, Data Protection, Information Security and suppliers.
• Ability to manage complex contractual environments and identify/remediate commercial risks.
• Methodical, organised and process-driven approach.
• Strong commercial, communication, drafting and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and contracting activities for IT & Telco services.
• Develop contracting and negotiation strategies with Procurement, Cyber and Category teams.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Drive cost efficiencies and value for money while mitigating contractual risk.
• Support supplier relationship and performance management.
• Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver procurement objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies, legislation and regulations.

Desirable: UK Procurement Legislation, Utilities sector experience, and experience with Oracle, Jaggaer/Bravo!, Achilles or similar procurement systems.

Reading or Havant preferred.
