Join a major nuclear refurbishment program and lead the planning and scheduling function for a large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and reporting of the integrated project schedule.
• Coordinate planning activities across multiple project teams, disciplines, and contractors.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure contractor schedules are integrated into the overall project plan.
• Provide schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting to project leadership.
• Support project controls, change management, and execution planning activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of planning and scheduling professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting nuclear refurbishment, maintenance, construction, or major capital projects, preferably within a CANDU environment.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, or project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies, risk management, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex project environment.

Preferred Experience

• Large-scale nuclear or energy infrastructure projects.
• Managing integrated schedules involving multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Leading planning and scheduling teams within highly regulated industries.
