Operations Executive

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Arrangements: 3 - 5 days per week, shift based, hours negotiable
Probation Period: 6 Months

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations end-to-end: goods receiving, inspection, inventory control, and process improvement

• Supervise picking, packing, and dispatch for online and wholesale orders

•  Manage product data and inventory systems, using Excel and internal tools

• Run and improve e-commerce operations: product listings, updates, and platform administration

• Identify and help implement IT tools/systems to improve operational efficiency

• Handle customer and client email communication

• Coordinate day-to-day work and provide light-touch management for warehouse/office staff

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, including email correspondence (required)

• Strong IT skills — required, not just a plus: Advanced Excel, e-commerce/CMS administration, and inventory or warehouse management systems

• Prior experience managing or improving warehouse/operational processes (preferred)

• A genuine self-starter who spots problems and proposes new ways of doing things, rather than waiting to be told (required)

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lead/coordinate a small team

• Japanese language skills are a plus

• Must hold a valid UK work visa
