Warehouse Assistant

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Arrangements: 3 - 5 days per week, shift based, hours negotiable
Probation Period: 6 Months

Responsibilities

• Warehouse operations: goods receiving, inspection, and inventory control

• Picking, packing, and dispatching online and wholesale orders

• Product data management using Excel

• Website and e-commerce management (product listing and updates)

• Customer and client email communication

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, including email correspondence (required)

• Strong IT skills (Excel, web management, etc.)

• Japanese language skills are a plus

• Must hold a valid UK work visa

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

• Work hands-on with a genuinely interesting product range — Japanese books, stationery, and lifestyle goods — up close, every day.

• Broad exposure across warehouse operations, e-commerce, and customer communication — a great way to build a varied skill set.
