Resource Base SEN Teacher

At Manor Fields, we are seeking a passionate, skilled and committed Resource Base SEN Teacher to join our inclusive primary school community. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference to the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), delivering high-quality specialist provision that enables every pupil to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

As our Resource Base SEN Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, specialist teaching and learning for pupils within the resource base, tailoring provision to meet their individual needs and empowering them to achieve their full potential. Working closely with colleagues across the school, you will play a key role in promoting inclusion and ensuring pupils can access meaningful opportunities within the wider school community.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative practitioner who values partnership working with families, staff and external professionals. You will contribute to the ongoing development of our specialist provision, helping to shape innovative practice and ensure the highest standards of support for pupils with SEND.
