Are you a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity?

We are seeking a passionate Early Years professional to join a primary school setting in Bromley, supporting young children to learn, develop and thrive in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing within the Early Years setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Supporting children’s communication, language and early learning.
• Promoting children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Building warm, positive and trusting relationships with children.
• Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress and development.
• Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Supporting children’s personal care, hygiene and wellbeing needs.
• Working closely with colleagues, parents and carers to support children’s individual needs.
• Following school safeguarding procedures and promoting the welfare of all children.
• Encouraging children’s independence, confidence and curiosity through play-based learning.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator who is:

• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development.
• Caring, patient and nurturing.
• Reliable, organised and committed to working as part of a team.
• Confident in building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Able to provide a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
• Enthusiastic about helping every child reach their potential.
