The client: Global Technology Communications Agency

A London team, backed by an international network with offices across Europe and the US, and part of a wider group of PR agencies. The work spans earned, paid, owned and shared across emerging tech, AI, and venture capital, from AI hardware and developer tools to post-quantum security and top-tier investors.

The UK business is filled with brilliant people who all love tech, PR and helping to develop those around them. The culture is entrepreneurial and quick-moving and the progression is transparent, with a defined pathway from AM to SAM/AD.

The role: Account Manager

You'd run the day-to-day across a portfolio of tech accounts and be the main point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear and proactive and framing everything around their business goals. You'd lead media relations as the engine room of account activity, spotting and securing the right opportunities, building new media relationships, and reporting results back to clients.

Alongside delivery, you'd help senior colleagues shape each client's comms strategy and take ownership of putting it into practice. You'd mentor junior team members, manage up so leadership always know where things stand, and get involved in new business pitches and industry events.

The role will need agency experience with technology brands, strong media outreach with coverage across tier one and trade titles. Experience mentoring or managing junior colleagues matters, along with excellent writing and a sharp eye for detail.
