Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join an established manufacturing business located in Alton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who would like to develop a long-term career within supply chain, planning, procurement, or operations.
Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Administrator:
- Raise and create job orders accurately within the company system.
- Ensure job information is complete and updated as it progresses through the business.
- Communicate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Stores, and Logistics teams to support the smooth flow of jobs.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system data.
- Identify and flag any issues or delays that may impact job progression.
- Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain team.
- Support wider Supply Chain activities and projects when needed.
Requirements:
- Preven administration experience (ideally within a manufacturing background)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience using ERP or planning systems is desirable.
The Supply Chain Administrator role:
- Based in Alton
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm
- £28,000 - £31,000 depending on experience
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
