Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? Orion Coopers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion team.

Working under the direction of the Assistant Head of Inclusion/SENCO, you will play a key role in supporting pupils, particularly those with SEND, both in the classroom and within the school's Learning Hub. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to help students access learning, develop confidence and independence, and achieve positive outcomes.

This is a varied and rewarding role that includes supporting individual pupils and small groups, assisting with learning activities, promoting positive behaviour, helping to maintain an inclusive learning environment, and contributing to the wider life of the school. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills through excellent training and professional development within Orion Education.

We are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
