At All Saints Babbacombe CE Primary School, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated SENCo and Class Teacher to join our ambitious and caring team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about inclusion, has high aspirations for every child and is committed to making a lasting difference to children's lives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced SENCo or an aspiring SENCo who is ready to take the next step in their career.
• Is a talented and inclusive classroom practitioner with experience across the primary age range.
• Creates engaging, stimulating and supportive learning environments where all children can flourish.
• Places children's needs at the centre of their practice and understands the importance of building positive relationships.
• Has high expectations for every pupil and is committed to enabling all children to achieve their full potential.
• Works effectively in partnership with staff, parents, carers and external agencies to secure the very best outcomes for children.
• Is reflective, resilient and committed to continuous improvement.
• Shares our belief that inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
