Administrator - Vetting Team Support
Location: Northampton, NN4
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PAYE
Duration: Ongoing
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to provide essential administrative support to a busy Vetting Team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will help ensure that pre-employment screening and vetting activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and compliance requirements. You will play a key role in supporting the processing of high-volume vetting applications and maintaining service levels during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Vetting Team
- Processing and monitoring pre-employment screening checks
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Chasing references and required documentation
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing high-volume applications and vetting paperwork
- Supporting the team with general administration duties
- Assisting in meeting service level targets and deadlines
