Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Bracknell & Surrounding Area

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative or Gardener looking for a secure, permanent role with great benefits?

We are currently recruiting two Grounds Maintenance Operatives to cover residential and housing association properties across Bracknell and the local surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine grounds maintenance across residential housing estates and local routes.

• Operating equipment for hedging, strimming, lawn mowing, and edging.

• Leaf clearance, weed control, and seasonal garden maintenance.

• Maintaining high standards of work and interacting politely with local residents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in domestic or residential grounds maintenance / gardening.

• Practical experience using strimmers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers.

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential for van usage).

• Reliable, hard-working, and self-motivated.
