Pay: £17.82 per hour

Hours: 37 hours Monday to Friday ( 7am - 7pm )

If you're organised, confident with Microsoft Office, and you enjoy helping teams run smoothly, this is a great opportunity to step into a junior management support role where your communication and admin skills genuinely matter. Hiring for a reputed client, you'll provide hands-on support, follow clear procedures, and bring a positive, dependable approach to everyday workload.

What you'll be doing:
* Prepare routine correspondence and review/check others' correspondence
* Compile, verify and report data to support day-to-day activities
* Complete forms and reports accurately and on time
* Follow set procedures while using some independent judgement to carry out instructions
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, helpful manner
* Support a small team's workload where required

What you'll bring:
* Administrative experience with solid knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
* Strong attention to detail when checking work, compiling information and reporting data
* A calm, proactive approach to managing tasks under general supervision
* NVQ Management Level 3 or 4 (or suitable junior management experience)
