HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator, Altrincham, £28,000 – £31,000 doe

Trailblazers in their field, our award-winning client, are seeking a passionate HR Coordinator to join their team in Altrincham, (with free parking). Open to either full-time or part-time, you shall be supporting a professional, high performing, hands-on team with their day-to-day HR business activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting HR processes, system and administrative processes, providing employees and line management with any support required
• Data & Systems management, managing the HR and recruitment system
• Recruitment, handling a range of roles, supporting line managers with collation of CV’s, initial vetting and all onboarding through to issuing contracts and referencing
• Managing the full employee journey, including amendments to contracts, whilst collating and managing making necessary changes to payroll
• Helping to identify and improve any HR processes, ensuring GDPR compliance at all times
• HR KPI reporting and ad-hoc project/data management exercises as required

Essentials:

• Experienced in a similar HR role, either QBE, CIPD level 3 qualified, working towards or passionate about pursing CIPD level 3
• Strong HR database management experience and MS Excel knowledge are essential
• Knowledge of employment law, best recruitment and payroll practices are advantageous
