Private Client Paralegal | 5 years’ experience | West Midlands | Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its busy and growing Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated fee earner with substantial Private Client experience to take on a varied caseload, working in a supportive environment with genuine opportunities for career development and progression.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing a caseload of Private Client matters
• Taking instructions from clients and providing ongoing updates throughout their matter.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant file records.
• Providing practical and professional advice to clients.
• Managing deadlines and progressing matters efficiently.
• Conducting home and hospital visits when required.

Candidate Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years' experience within a Private Client team.
• Proven experience handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration matters.
• Experience using case management systems and legal IT platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Applications are welcomed from experienced unqualified fee earners able to demonstrate the necessary Private Client expertise.
