Location: Sherborne, Dorset
Pay Rate: £15.69 per hour
Shift Patterns: Days (8:00am - 8:00pm) and Waking Nights (8:00pm - 8:00am)

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for rewarding work where you can make a real difference?

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to provide 2:1 support within a supported living environment in Sherborne, Dorset, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with individuals who require person-centred support to live independently, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, person-centred support
• Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing
• Supporting with daily living activities
• Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities
• Building positive and professional relationships
• Maintaining accurate records and handovers
• Working effectively as part of a team

Requirements

• Previous experience within social care, supported living, or residential services
• Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism is desirable
• Drivers are essential for day shifts
• A compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
