HGV Class 1 Night Driver

We are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a range of ad-hoc night driving opportunities with our transport clients across the South West of England.

The work can vary from trunking and depot-to-depot runs to longer-distance work and tramping, with deliveries potentially taking you across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 1 drivers looking for flexible work, whether you're looking to supplement your existing income or simply want the freedom of choosing when you work.

The Role

Depending on the assignment, your duties may include:

• Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on night shifts
• Trunking and depot-to-depot work
• Long-distance UK deliveries and collections
• Tramping assignments where required
• Completing deliveries safely and within required timeframes
• Carrying out vehicle safety checks
• Completing relevant paperwork and delivery documentation
• Ensuring compliance with drivers' hours and tachograph regulations
• Maintaining a professional approach when representing our clients

Requirements

• Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 1 driving experience
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work different routes and assignments
