Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and develop a customer-focused sales team, oversee day-to-day sales operations, and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and commercial performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys developing people, delivering results, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
• Take an active role in the customer journey and set high standards for customer engagement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise opportunities and achieve targets.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve individual and overall performance.
• Monitor KPIs and performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth process from vehicle preparation through to handover and aftercare.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
