Private Client Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Bristol / Hybrid, £75,000+ (DOE) – We’re looking for a 4+ PQE Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded Tax, Trusts & Family team, with opportunities to work on complex domestic and international matters alongside lawyers and advisers with deep expertise in this field. JOB REF:5168

THE ROLE:
• You will advise an impressive and varied client base, including high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, international families, family offices, landed estates and professional wealth advisers.
• Your work will focus on helping clients protect and manage their wealth across generations, often involving complex family structures and international considerations.
• You will be responsible for International tax and succession planning, UK residence and domicile-related advice, Trust establishment, administration and taxation, Wills and succession arrangements and advising on the interaction between UK and international tax regimes

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
• Strong technical knowledge across private client work
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients and their associated structures
• An interest in international and cross-border matters
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• The ability to handle complex and varied workloads with confidence
• A proactive, commercially aware approach
• The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your matters
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues
• STEP qualification would be advantageous
