• Job Title: Secondary Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

• Location: Witham, Essex

• Salary: £100 per day

• Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

About the Role:

A well-resourced secondary school in Witham is recruiting a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and literacy/numeracy barriers. Working within a dedicated SEN department backed by a top Multi-Academy Trust, you will deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to help students access the curriculum. Located close to the A12 and local rail links.

What You Need:

• Previous experience supporting SEN students in a school or care setting.

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant degree is a plus.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
