Cleaner

Our client, a leading tier-one contractor in the water and construction sector, is seeking a Cleaner to join its team in Guildford on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support facilities and site operations within a busy water industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining welfare facilities, site offices and designated work areas
• Supporting a safe, tidy and well-presented construction site
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
• Reporting maintenance, safety or cleanliness issues to the appropriate site team

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a cleaning, construction or site-based environment
• Valid CSCS Card
• Thames Water Passport, or willingness to obtain one with support
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, conscientious and able to work independently
• Ability to work on-site in Guildford three days per week

Working Hours:

07:00 to 16:00, three days per week. This is a long-term contract for the right person.
