Hours: 12.30pm - 4.30pm (Wed) 8.00am - 4.30pm (Thu/Fri)

We are seeking a part-time School Receptionist to join our dedicated School Office administrative team.

As the first point of contact for our school, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Coombe Boys’ is a popular and highly successful non-selective 11-18 school that is federated with Coombe Girls’ School, three local primary schools and three well-regarded special schools to comprise the Helix Learning Trust, based in New Malden. Coombe Boys’ has approximately 1,000 students on roll, including a mixed sixth form.

Results at GCSE and in the Sixth Form are significantly above national averages and the school was graded Good with Outstanding Leadership & Management in its most recent Ofsted inspection (September 2023).
