About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Class Teacher to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our diverse student body. You will work collaboratively to promote a culture of aspiration and achievement.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Intervention Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role has been created to provide additional teaching capacity during the mornings and will play a key role in accelerating pupil progress and attainment at the end of Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and targeted interventions, working closely with class teachers and leaders to identify pupils' needs and provide responsive support that secures excellent outcomes. The postholder will contribute to raising standards across Year 6 through focused teaching, precise assessment and effective intervention strategies.

All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
