Property Services Engineer

We are seeking proactive and skilled Property Services Engineer to join our team who both maintain and enhance our school’s buildings and grounds. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in creating safe, functional, and inspiring spaces for students and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance;
• Conducting refurbishment and decoration projects to improve learning spaces;
• Supporting sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements;
  
• Maintaining outdoor areas and completing seasonal site tasks.

We’re looking for:

• Experience in premises or facilities maintenance;
• Knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs;
• Painting and decorating skills would be advantageous;
• Commitment to health and safety regulations;
• Approachable, organised, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
