School Administrator

Part Time, initially a One Year Fixed Term Contract,

with the potential to become permanent following review

Required from November 2026, 22 hours per week, term time only

The OLA Trust Pay Range: Grade 3

(£25,583 pro rata; actual salary approx. £21,000 per annum)

We are seeking to appoint a calm, flexible and well-organised individual to join our friendly and vibrant school team.

This is a key front-facing role, requiring excellent attendance, strong time-management skills and a professional,

welcoming manner. Working closely with the office team, the post holder will provide efficient and high-quality

administrative support and communicate positively and confidently with children, parents and staff. The successful

candidate will make a valuable contribution to the smooth running of the school and ensure that all visitors

experience a warm, approachable and professional welcome.

Radstock Primary School a “happy, nurturing and welcoming community” (Ofsted January 2022) and looking to

continue to build on our successes. Radstock Primary School joined the Orchard Learning Alliance in November

2025, serves the local area and is borne out of a genuine desire to ensure that all children receive an excellent,

inclusive, well-rounded education.
