About the Role
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are recruiting for Poly Operatives to join a busy heavy industrial production site in Darley Dale.
This is an opportunity to work within the Poly Plant, supporting production operations and maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping.

- Candidates must be comfortable wearing a face mask/respiratory protection as part of the role.

The Role
- Working within the Poly Plant production area.
- Supporting the production process and working to production schedules.
- Monitoring feedstock and production materials.
- Carrying out routine production, quality and equipment checks.
- Completing batch cards, check sheets and production records.
- Following operating procedures and strict HSE requirements.
- Completing scheduled E-Stop checks and CILs.
- Reporting faults, defects and non-conformances.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Working as part of a team to maximise production and minimise downtime.
Previous production, manufacturing, recycling or heavy industrial experience is desirable.
Shift Pattern & Pay
- 8-hour shifts
- £15.00 per hour – Day Shifts
- Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 / 10:00-18:30
- Temp to perm available for the right candidate with the right attitude
