The Role:

• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, oral hygiene, and mobility support
• Administer medication and monitor health and wellbeing
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and supporting residents during mealtimes
• Keep residents' rooms tidy, change bedding, and manage laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
• Help residents maintain independence, dignity, and individuality
• Support social activities and outings, including hospital visits
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and other care professionals
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in residents' condition

• Must be flexible to work both Day and Nights Shifts.
• Flexible to cover shifts when required - Our homes operate 7 days per week, 365 days per year
